Promoting and preserving heritage and
wildlife along Gorton's Gore Brook Valley.
The Gorton Heritage Trail Action Group was constituted in
October 1997, with the aim of:
- creating a heritage trail along the Gore Brook Valley, In
Gorton.
- promoting and preserving the heritage and wildlife of the
Gore Brook Valley Trail through the education and involvement of
local people.
- The Group has been together for less than nine years, but in
this relatively short space of time it has made tremendous
progress.
